Sailing and selling my Catamaran

I'm considering shipping my 2017 Leopard 40 from the U.S. to Greece for some Mediterranean cruising. Some things you should know is that my boat is in really good shape, has been recently updated, but it's wired for 110v. I was just wondering what kind of hit it might take when selling it locally in a few years. I've heard mixed things.

The wiring could hurt resale in Greece, where 220v is standard (tho im not 100% sure). Despite the boat's good condition, It may lower value or you'll have a hard time looking for buyers. You should consider a conversion if planning to sell locally

I'd be more concerned about having to pay VAT. Also, since the boat's wired for 110V, you wont be able to use local shore power as is. Even if you stick with 110V, it's a good idea to get a battery charger that can run off 220V shore power.
