I'm seriously considering a Seawind catamaran built in Vietnam during the height of Covid. Not trying to stir the pot, but I've noticed a few things I'd like to understand better, whether they're build-related or just owner quirks. If you've got firsthand experience, please shoot me a DM. Not looking to bash anyone, I just want the real scoop before I move forward

The company moved its production to Vietnam about 15 years ago and so far they've shown that the quality doesn't drop. Sure, nothing is perfect and there are some quirks especially with third party parts, the rest is smooth sailing and I don't think you'll be making a mistake. Any specific concerns?

I haven't owned one but heard Vietnam builds can be quite different from each other, so it is best to chat with current owners for honest feedback, I hope you find some
